The Lagree Method –High Intensity, Low-Impact Workout

The Lagree Method is a high intensity, low-impact workout that combines cardio and resistance training in a single workout routine utilizing slow and controlled movements on the spring-loaded Megaformer. Our core-strengthening routines will improve overall strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

The Megaformer

The Megaformer is a one of a kind 10-foot long machine, with stationary front and rear platforms, a spring-loaded center platform known as the “carriage” and resistance cables. With tension adjustments made by changing out springs (red and yellow) during quick transitions from one routine to another, you keep muscles engaged to a proper resistance level that increases as your core strength increases.

A strong core, enables you to achieve better overall fitness, strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Every move on the Megaformer requires core engagement as well as utilization of the muscle you are targeting.
